1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SkillNova ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using the Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

SkillNova provides an AI-powered technical hiring platform including AI-driven interview tools, collaborative coding environments, candidate management features, and third-party ATS integrations ('the Service').

You understand and agree that the Service is provided 'as is' and that SkillNova assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Registration and Account

You may be required to register with SkillNova in order to access and use certain features of the Service. If you choose to register, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, transmit, display, perform, transmit, or distribute any content that: (a) is unlawful; (b) infringes any third party intellectual property rights; (c) constitutes unauthorized advertising; (d) is defamatory; or (e) is designed to impersonate another person.

You agree not to use any automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SkillNova Inc. and its licensors.

Your content remains your content. You grant SkillNova a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Termination

SkillNova may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SkillNova, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
