Go to your dashboard, open a job, and click 'Invite Candidate'. Enter their email and they'll receive a link to start the interview immediately.

Is my candidate data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
How do I connect my ATS?
